I won't be doing NaNo this year. I have a novel to finish, a series to re-release, another novel to research and Gilder to blame for it. Frankly, I'm swamped. Besides that, I'm working on my fifth novel for publishing. I'm pretty sure I can get a novel written now. I may try doing NaNoWriMo again, of course. It's always good to push yourself. But for now, I'm happy with where I am.
As of today, Zompoc Survivor: Inferno has been in the top 100 in its genre for five weeks thanks to a lot of awesome readers, and a lot of terrific friends who have been helping me keep it visible. That's pretty damn cool.
October was a very eventful month, full of new successes, an unexpected loss and a new start on some things in my writing career. The first day of November is starting off well. I hope it brings good things to my friends as well.
May your blessings be many, your bumps be few and your glass always full.
